In addition, it has 3 top ten innovation teams in philosophy and social sciences of Guizhou province, 1 social science academic pioneer of Guizhou province, 1 innovative talent team of Guizhou Science and Technology Department, 12 university science and technology innovation teams of Guizhou province, as well as the Tongren University Basic Education Innovation Team and Tongren University Ethnology Innovation Team. It also has 1 provincial teaching team, 1 ethnic languages and Chinese bilingual service base, 1 national ancient books research base, 1 provincial teaching management team and 22 university-level talent innovation teams.

學(xué)校堅持國際化辦學(xué)戰(zhàn)略，積極開展國際交流合作。至今，為“一帶一路”沿線國家培養(yǎng)高級工程技術(shù)人才和管理人才1499人次；與柬埔寨教育部、老撾瑯南塔省教育廳、老撾沙灣那吉省教育廳、沙耶武里省教育廳、萬象省教育廳共建“人才培養(yǎng)基地”；先后與美國、英國、韓國、泰國、柬埔寨、老撾、馬來西亞、印度尼西亞等國（境）外79所高校和教育機構(gòu)建立友好合作關(guān)系，選派學(xué)生494人次、教師121人次赴國（境）外交流訪學(xué)；重點推進(jìn)“一帶一路”教育國際合作，圍繞十大重點學(xué)科在泰國、老撾、柬埔寨國家建立海外實習(xí)實訓(xùn)基地達(dá)10個；建立集學(xué)術(shù)研究、人才培養(yǎng)、政策咨詢?yōu)橐惑w的老撾國別研究機構(gòu)即“老撾研究中心”。

The university adheres to the international school-running strategy and actively carries out international exchanges and cooperation. So far, it has trained 1,499 senior engineering and technical personnel and managerial personnel for countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, and jointly built the "talent training base" with the Ministry of Education of Cambodia, the Department of Education of Luang Namtha Province, the Department of Education of Savannakhét, the Department of Education of Sayaboury and the Department of Education of Vientiane. It has also established friendly and cooperative relations with 79 universities and educational institutions in the United States, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Indonesia and other countries, and sent 494 students and 121 teachers to study abroad. The University focuses on promoting international cooperation in education with countries along the "Belt and Road Initiative", and has set up 10 overseas internship and training bases in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia with ten key disciplines as the core. In addition, it has established the Laos Research Center, a research institution about Laos integrating academic research, personnel training and policy consultation.

高中畢業(yè)或具有同等學(xué)歷學(xué)生，身心健康，品行良好，無犯罪記錄，遵守中國政府的法律和學(xué)校的規(guī)章制度，尊重中國人民的風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣的非中國籍公民。

Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a high school diploma (or equivalent), demonstrate good health and good moral character, have no criminal record, abide by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and the regulations of Tongren University, and respect Chinese customs.

自2022年起，其申請作為國際學(xué)生進(jìn)入我高等學(xué)校本?？齐A段學(xué)習(xí)，除符合學(xué)校的其他報名資格外，還應(yīng)持有有效的外國護(hù)照或國籍證明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入學(xué)年度的4月30日前）之內(nèi)有在外國實際居住2年以上的記錄（一年中實際在外國居住滿9個月可按一年計算，以入境和出境簽章為準(zhǔn)）。

From 2022, in addition to satisfying all application qualifications, students who apply for our three-year or four-year undergraduate courses as an international student shall hold a valid foreign passport or a nationality certificate with the remaining validity period not less than 4 years, and shall have a proof of 2-year and above actual residence in a foreign country for the last four years (as at April 30 of the year of enrollment).  (9-month actual residence in a foreign country constitutes a valid residence year depending on entry and exit stamps)

2.提交紙質(zhì)申請。申請資料可由本人或委托他人提交，或郵寄至銅仁學(xué)院國際合作與交流處（具體地址請見聯(lián)系方式）。紙質(zhì)申請材料截止時間：2022年8月30日，逾期未送達(dá)或寄達(dá)申請材料的視為自動放棄申請。

2. Paper application. Application documents may be submitted by the applicant in person or through an authorized person, or by means of mail to Tongren University Office of International Cooperation and Exchange (please refer to Contact Information for the mailing address). Paper application submission deadline: August 30, 2022. All required documents must be delivered before the deadline otherwise the application will be deemed withdrawn.

1.相關(guān)表格。填寫《銅仁學(xué)院國際學(xué)生入學(xué)申請表》《銅仁學(xué)院國際學(xué)生獎學(xué)金申請表》《個人簡歷》（中文版、英文版），貼上本人近期照片一張，由申請者本人簽字；

1. Application forms. Fill in the Application Form for International Students, Scholarship Application Form for International Students, and Resume (in both Chinese and English), and attach a recent photo of applicant. All forms must to be signed by the applicant;

2.護(hù)照復(fù)印件。普通護(hù)照個人信息頁（有效日期為2022年12月30日以后），曾來過中國大陸境內(nèi)的申請人還需提供近3次出入中國境內(nèi)的簽證頁或居留許可頁；

2. Copy of passport. A copy of the passport personal information page (the passport expiration date must be later than December 30, 2022). Applicants who have visited the Chinese mainland before must also provide a copy of passport pages with the last three entry and exit stamps or residence permits from China;

3.最高學(xué)歷證書。須為原件或公證件，中、英文以外文本還需提供經(jīng)過公正的翻譯件，應(yīng)屆高中畢業(yè)生提交本人所在學(xué)校出具的預(yù)計畢業(yè)證明原件；

3. Highest education certificate (original or notarized copy). A notarized translation of the certificate is required if the original document is not in Chinese or English. Applicants who currently in the final year of secondary school must submit the original certificate of expected graduation issued by the school;

4.最高學(xué)歷教育階段全部課程的成績單。須為原件或公證件，中、英文以外文本還需提供經(jīng)過公正的翻譯件；

4. Official academic transcripts of all courses taken during the highest education (original or notarized copy). A notarized translation of the transcripts is required if the original documents are not in Chinese or English;

5.漢語水平考試四級以上水平證書、成績單的復(fù)印件（學(xué)歷生提供）；

5. Copies of HSK Chinese Proficiency Test certificate (Level 4 or above) and score report (required for applicants to degree programs);

6.至2022年9月30日前未滿18周歲的申請人，需提交監(jiān)護(hù)人有效證件及保證書，監(jiān)護(hù)人應(yīng)為其父母委托在中國境內(nèi)常住的外國人或者中國人；

6. Applicants under 18 years of age as at September 30, 2022 are required to submit a valid ID of his/her guardian and Guardianship Letter. The guardian shall be a Chinese citizen or foreign permanent resident in China authorized by the applicant's parents;

7.從中國大陸（內(nèi)地）及港澳臺地區(qū)移民外國并加入外國國籍的申請人，需提交入籍證明、近4年（2018年8月30日至2022年8月30日）的護(hù)照出入境記錄復(fù)印件或國外實際居住2年以上的證明；

7. Applicants who have emigrated from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and acquired a foreign nationality must submit the Certificate of Naturalization and a copy of passport pages with entry and exit stamps for the last four years (from August 30, 2018 to August 30, 2022) or proof of 2-year and above actual residence in a foreign country for the last four years;

學(xué)校根據(jù)申請材料及專業(yè)志愿綜合評定，視情況面試，擇優(yōu)錄取。申請者可在申請網(wǎng)站查詢結(jié)果，或電話、郵件咨詢我校國際合作與交流處。

The university will conduct comprehensive evaluation of each application based on the application documents and the selected program(s), select qualified applicants for interviews, and make admission decisions based on a competitive ranking process. Applicants can check the result on the application website or by contacting Tongren University Office of International Cooperation and Exchange by phone or email.

2022年9月-12月，采取線上教學(xué)方式授課；2023年3月-7月，根據(jù)疫情防控要求再議定。

On-line teaching will be adopted from September to December 2022;  and the teaching mode from March to July, 2023 is to be determined based on the pandemic prevention and control requirements.
